Eligibility:
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item is in its original condition with all tags attached
- The item is returned within 30 days of delivery
- The item is not a gift card or store credit.
Refund process:
- Contact our customer service team at support@matchmystyle.co.uk to initiate the return process
- We will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund amount:
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping costs. If you received a discount or promotion, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Exchange Policy:
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color or style, we are happy to help!. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for refunds
- Items that have been worn or altered
- Items missing tags or in poor condition
- Gift cards or store credit

- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your credit card statement
- We reserve the right to deny any refund if we suspect fraud or abuse of our return policy
